In an effort to assist Pepe Valdes to prepare for the 3rd stage of the Lapua Monarch Cup I have created this form for Canadian, and US shooters who are planning to travel to Saltillo, Coahuila Mexico. The information on this form will be used to better understand the accommodation and transportation needs of shooters, as well as the number of permits that will be requested for firearms being transported into Mexico.
