Looking for a recommendation for a commercial round that will reliably take the rams down. I have some Federal Hammer Down, but what else is available?
Just about any factory load with a 200gr or heavier bullet is likely to work. On paper a 250gr bullet only needs about a 1000fps to knock a ram over. Even factory cowboy loads shot from a rifle are likely to do that. If it’s possible nothing beats actually testing on the targets.
